The Teichalmsee is a wonderful destination in summer and winter. In summer you can explore your fitness with the pedal boat on this mountain lake, in winter you can ice skate, ice shooting and ice hiking. The lake is the starting point for many hikes in the Almenland Nature Park. The moor nature trail begins at the Teichalmsee. This is approx. 1 km long, a hiking trail on floating larch posts in the high moor of the Teichalm. There is a viewing platform, resting places and information boards about fauna and flora in the raised bog
