From 11:00 to 16:00 in April and October, and from 10:00 to 17:00 from May to September. At 1 pm there will be no guided tours. Tickets for the tours can be purchased at the museum shop, which opens half an hour before the first tour. Schloss Hämelschenburg is a moated castle in Emmerthal in the Weserbergland between Hameln and Bad Pyrmont.
