Beautiful indoor cave that is also easy to reach by mountain bike. With a little scrambling you get to what is probably the most beautiful and well-known cave in the Hirschbach valley. The Cäciliengrotte is also interesting to navigate without a flashlight, light enters the two-room cave through holes in the ceiling.

Cäciliengrotte ”The “Cäciliengrotte”, a two-room cave ruin with a total length of 40 meters, is eleven meters wide at the widest point and up to six meters high. Through the first hall and over a small rock barrier you come to the rear cave room.
