The Château de Villandry, whose construction began in the 16th century, is particularly known for its gardens which cover more than six hectares divided into four levels. The castle is perfectly maintained and can be visited all year round, but it is for its gardens that Villandry is unmissable.

The Renaissance castle is best known for its lavishly landscaped gardens. Be careful not to get lost in the labyrinthine sections.
The castle is open all year.
Opening hours:
April to June from 9am to 6pm.
July and August from 9 to 18.30.
September and October 9am to 6pm.
