The valley is very attractive for families and can be easily reached by bicycle from Bad Friedrichshall, for example, on the former train tracks. My family tip: Take the train to Bad Friedrichshall, take the Kochertal cycle path from there and go slightly uphill in the Ohrntal to Öhringen. Back there with the S-Bahn. The bike path is also well suited for racing cyclists, sometimes a bit populated.
