We did the tour in April 2025. The scenery was stunning, but the section on the cape (approx. 3km) was impassable. Very rocky, extremely eroded in places, and completely overgrown with thorns. We had to push or carry our bikes for long stretches. Doable as a hiking trail, perhaps partially on a mountain bike, but definitely not on a gravel bike!
