If you don't want to be in the pulpit with 100,000 people, get going early. Early doesn't mean 8:00 or something like that. I left with my wife at 4:00 today, 10 years ago, in sunny weather, we left at 3:00. The sunrise over the fjord hangs big in the apartment. It's worth starting early, even if word has gotten around in the meantime.
