Simply a beautiful mountain with a great view! Ascent from Glitterheim quite unproblematic over scree. In general, however, especially when visibility is poor, keep a distance to cornices. Bare ice is possible in summer. With us in July (2015) it was possible to descend over the remains of the Glitterbrean and subsequent snow fields. (see tour description)
