Below the ruin (Meerhardtturm) was built in 1951, on the way still a viewing platform, in the form of a small tower. Unfortunately, the beautiful view from here was only good for a few years, which turned out to be rather bad because of the growing trees. Good that around the Meerhardtturm and also below the viewing platform trees were cut specifically to improve the views of both buildings.
