Tips
the Nirkendorfer Viaduct is one of the five viaducts of the former Altenburg - Penig / Rochlitz railway line. There was / was a plan to preserve the disused railway line as a cycle path viaduct and to maintain bridge structures that are under monument protection. Maybe there will be money for it as part of the coal phase-out. In any case, not much has happened in 2020.
