He lined the walls with vodka, rum and 40 kinds of beers,
… and advanced Russian culture by 120 years!

Russia’s Tsar, Peter the Great lived in Deptford for 3 months in 1698 to learn shipbuilding. Apparently he liked ‘genetic curiosities’ which explains the dwarf. There is an empty throne you can sit in - nice photo opportunity.
