The oldest building in the city of Gadebusch (construction started around 1210) is a special attraction for the interested guest. After all, he can visit the oldest hall church between the Elbe and Oder, which is one of the most important church buildings in northern Germany.

The Romanesque south portal is particularly beautiful. The tower of the three-aisled church, an eight-sided pyramid helmet, dates from the 14th century. The choir and the northern chapel were built at the beginning of the 15th century and are worth seeing sacral monuments of brick Gothic.
