Tips
The hike to the Riesloch Gorge near Bodenmais is one of the most beautiful and impressive hikes in the Bavarian Forest. The 200 m high waterfalls are considered to be the highest in the entire Bavarian Forest. This natural spectacle, surrounded by unspoilt mixed forests, should not be missed.

The path leads directly past the waterfalls. However, it consists of stones of different sizes. Therefore, a good surefootedness is required. Due to the wetness, the stones can also be slippery

On the way along the Riesloch Falls, I recommend good shoes, as it is very rocky and can be slippery when wet. Well secured ankles are therefore not wrong ;)
