Cycling

Great hiking and biking trails on and on the "Blümer Berg". Invite to varied tours. In addition, there are great viewpoints in some places (e.g. grill area Wiershausen, Weserliedanlage).

For sporty touring there are sometimes steep inclines (behind Jagdhaus Heede), for calf-consuming sections. ;-)
