Here we have recently had a vacation apartment right on the harbor. Zingst is just fantastic. For once you have the lagoon at the harbor and on the other side, not far from the beach. I can recommend Zingst for dog owners especially in autumn. There you are more for yourself and the beaches are released for dogs. 😊

Absolutely worth seeing and definitely worth a break!

The harbor is beautiful but also a bit unspectacular. The ferry to Barth (journey time about 1 hour) leaves here and the crane-watching-paddle-wheel steamer leaves here in the evening. Be sure to try a roll or, better yet, fish with fried potatoes at the feed cutter.
