Historical hammer mill with oil mill in the Gronachtal (with demonstration). The hammer mill Gröningen is an example of the transition from manual to industrial production of forged products. The hammer mill dates back to 1804 and after thorough restoration in 1982 it was made accessible to the public as a technical cultural monument. The smithy, which is idyllically situated in the Gronachtal, has been a living museum and popular destination for many years. A cozy restaurant invites you to stop off.
