The “Gantenbeinsmillen” is known primarily for its former swimming pool. But where does the name come from? At the beginning of the 19th century, a weapons manufacturer bought the area to grind the blades of his knives, sabers and axes. In 1821, Pierre Gantenbein bought the mill from him.
