The ÖTK Steig and the Gebirgsvereinssteig are among the two more difficult via ferratas on the Hohe Wand. The ascent was a while ago for me - I didn't find it too difficult to cope with the difficulty described. In my experience, there are harder via ferratas with the same level of difficulty, but that is always a personal assessment that is also influenced by the current state of the day.
