The beautiful brick church Krüden, which was built in the 12th century, captivates hikers at first glance. The old bricks radiate an ancient harmony and calm.

The village church Krüden was built as a large, late Romanesque brick building in the first half of the 13th century. It consists of a mighty, transversely rectangular west tower, a nave of the same width and a recessed square choir. The tower on a base made of field stones and the nave are designed to be remarkably wide and structured with pilaster strips, consoles and serrated friezes. The tower is equipped with domed, ogival sound arcades; the original ship's roof can still be seen in traces of demolition on the east side.

The ship is accessed from the south side through a stepped round arched portal, the north portal is walled up. The Romanesque windows were changed in the 17th century; some of its original shape is still recognizable. The choir was largely renewed towards the end of the 19th century. On the north side a sacristy was added in the 13th century, which is closed with a two-bay cross-ribbed vault from the 13th century. On the south side there is a baroque half-timbered extension with the former patron's box and the hereditary burial below. The von Jagow family held the patronage from 1606 to 1919.

The interior is covered flat; the tower hall was once connected to the ship through two arched openings.
