There is a lot going on on the bike paths within the villages, sometimes it's better to ride on the road. We were there on weekdays on weekends I wouldn't go here.
One should drive considerately. Gmund is worth seeing.

Very nice and quiet bike path along the west bank. Unfortunately, the trees mostly block the view of the lake. There are a few bald spots where you can catch a glimpse. Many benches invite you to take a break.

The Schliersee is always worth a visit. You can walk around it very well or you can go boating. The round of the lake can be combined very well with a hike to a ruin up to the Rixneralm.
