Here you can find many hiking trails that can be easily reached from Batumi if you have a day to spare 😉 Each weekend I plan to add at least one new route here, so till the end of 2023 there should be at least thirty different paths available here. Hope you'll enjoy it 😊

Most of routes ideally fit in one-day mountain trip and suitable for people who has intermediate fitness level, but generally almost anyone could handle it, just go by your own pace and make more stops to enjoy nature ✌ By my experience, going 20 km mountain trail with 1000 m elevation is fine for most of the people, just start with 5-8 km and increase the load gradually.

It is highly advisable to go hiking with trekking poles, this will save your energy and help you distribute the load more intelligently. In addition, in this case, you can easily walk 5-10 km more at a comfortable pace and enjoy extra beautiful views 🌎 You could rent or buy trekking poles or other tourist equipment in Batumi, for example at AdjaraPeak.ge, TakeAndHike.com or OGE.ge

If you need nutritious and healthy dried food for hiking and camping, you can buy it on lazysnarkadventure.com?rs_ref=GoOCQX4o (they have postal delivery in Georgia) or in Batumi tourist shops mentioned above. They have 8 main dishes (meat and veggie options), granola for breakfasts, jerky, drip coffee - everything you need to fuel and enjoy your adventures.

To reach the route, it's always possible to start with public transport 🚌, and then for some routes you could take taxi 🚕 to save your time and skip several villages before start, but it's quite cheap here, especially if you are taking it for a company. Or you could have a nice walk through the villages, as they are really cute here with many interesting buildings and plenty of plants blooming 🌸
