A truly very scenic tour with views of the Bergstrasse, the rolling hills of the Odenwald and all the way to the Palatinate. And I actually thought I had already seen everything in the area, but I was completely surprised by paths and trails I had never walked before!! Absolutely brilliant 🤩

A beautiful tour, the paths and views around Juhöhe are simply great, plus many nice places to sit. Only minor drawback: after the Kreiswald reservoir, there's a pretty long-drawn-out and also boring stretch through the forest 🌳

Up again via Himmelsleiter to Frankenstein Castle 🏰. Had forgotten how strenuous the Himmelsleiter is, so of course, a Bratwurst from the castle kiosk was needed as compensation 😇

A really scenic but also proper tour with some sweat-inducing climbs. The hiking trails are a dream, a rather long forest section (forest road) is included. The Wolfsburg castle ruins are managed and that actually saved me from dying of thirst today!!! @Mel Ba 😸🥾 There is a very special picture (#25) for you 😬

A short, but partially crisp round from Reichenbach with a small detour past the Fürstenlager and a stop at the Borsteinhaus (from which you have a great view of the Lautertal). Still too hot for hiking for my taste, but I pushed through 😬

Class tour up to the Olperer Hütte with the famous suspension bridge. Then we added the Neumarkter Runde. Komoot unfortunately messed up so the recording was interrupted. A total of 750m altitude and a good 5 hours.
