Neben meiner Familie gehört der Sport zu meinem Leben! Ich liebes es Laufen zu gehen und Rad zu fahren. Laufen alles bis Ultramarathon. Wenn ich auf dem Rad sitze, dann bin ich gerne auf dem Renn- oder Tourenrad unterwegs alles bis 150km. 1-2 x im Jahr geht's dann auch mit Rennrad in einem Ruck von Berlin nach Usedom und von Berlin nach Warnemünde mit jeweils knapp 250km. 2022 soll dann auch endlich der erste Triathlon kommen (erstmal Halbdistanz). 2023-2024 soll dann mein großer Traum von Ironman folgen. 💪😁

The climb between Ried and St. Gilgen is definitely not a cycle path, as indicated by Komoot! Loose gravel and steep sections of 22 degrees (according to the note: percent of course😜) But I did my best. I had to push the bike at times.
