A beautiful intermediate hike with an added experience of the Rietburgbahn. We stopped at the Hilschweir lake to grab a quick bite before going ahead with the hike through the forest. The Ludwigsturm can be climbed up but trees block the view of the hills around. We climbed down to reach the restaurant
