Freue mich auf diese Gesundheitswanderung zur Erlenbadquelle bei Obersasbach. Früher wurde die Quelle als Heilquelle verehrt. Das Quellwasser ist mineralstoffreich und natürlichen Ursprungs. Es stammt aus unterirdischen Reservoirs und ist durch die Gesteinsschichten natürlich gereinigt. Die Erlenbadquelle hat eine konstante Temperatur von etwa 19 Grad. Seit dem 15 Jahrhundert ist sie schriftlich erwähnt und damals auch als „Wasserheilanstalt nach Kneipp“ anerkannt. Des Weiteren habe ich an das Rathaus Sasbach geschrieben, um noch mehr Infos über die Erlenbadquelle zu erhalten. Wasser ist unser höchstes Gut und passt wunderbar zu einer Gesundheitswanderung!
