About Julia
Always on the move🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🥾 – das beschreibt mich ziemlich treffend.

This 15-kilometer hike offers everything that makes a varied tour: you walk along a fairytale lake, through dense forest, master one or two climbs, enjoy beautiful panoramic views and lose yourself in the stories along the Lüdger Mythenweg. Sounds exciting? Then off to the Weserbergland to Lüdge.

This circular route takes you to Wulferdingsener Mühlensiek, a 60-hectare nature reserve near Bad Oeynhausen. If you are traveling by car, you can start the tour at the planned starting point, a parking lot. For public transport users, there is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. From the small

The Teutoburg Forest is feared in many places because of its climbs. On this tour, however, you hike ten kilometers through the finest East Westphalian flatland. This hike is particularly suitable for those who may not be able to walk uphill or downhill well due to joint problems. I also highly recommend

This tour leads from the train station in Horn-Bad Meinberg through the Lippe and Höxter districts. A highlight is definitely climbing the almost 500 meter high Köterberg. Due to the climb with a gradient of over ten percent on the way to the summit, I recommend this tour to all cyclists with an advanced

This tour starts at the train station in the city of Bielefeld and is full of enchanting natural surprises. Even before you have the first kilometers on the clock, it is difficult to imagine that you were just surrounded by almost 340,000 inhabitants - lush meadows instead of huge company and residential

This tour takes you through the OWL districts of Gütersloh and Paderborn. You explore historical half-timbered buildings in three beautiful city centers, you can dip your possibly exhausted legs in the water at the Pader springs and be amazed by Neuhaus Castle. Flatland lovers in particular can be happy

Right at the beginning of this tour you'll look a little beyond Cologne, because you start in the Stammheim district, close to Leverkusen. In exactly this direction you make your way along the Rhine, cross small village squares and pass a botanical garden and Benrath Castle. This route impresses with
