I would not recomend walking into or back out of the city centre like we did, walking from our hotel the back streets were nice, old 1950-1960 timber houses, but once we reached the other side of China town it all went down hill, blocks and blocks of vagrants, not just one or two proberly 100's and on the way back I wish we'd taken a cab because they were all drugged up and sprawled along the side walks, my heart tugged at the site. On a good note Stanley Park was worth seeing.
