       If you want to torture yourself a bit on this route (1200 meters in altitude), the landscape compensates for the Val di Dona. Great, varied mountain scenery with a view of Langkofel and Plattkofel and the Sella group.
       But only with a good basic level of fitness, please! With breaks we needed 7 hours for this tour.

       A wonderful hike through the Tscharmintal via the Bärenloch to the TierseAlpe.
       Good stamina and surefootedness are required, but it is worth it, even if you have to climb 1350 meters. Great view of Langkofel and the Duron valley.
