The first ferry in the morning was ours. Thanks to the groundwork of the last two days, our ferry in Stockholm was easy to reach. Even though another small ferry and a movable bridge stood in our way again and the traffic in the greater Stockholm area became denser and navigating in a foreign big city

Today we made up for the kilometers we missed yesterday. We followed in Astrid Lindgren's footsteps, past the Göta Canal to the ferry landing in Skenäs. The ferry across Bråviken was already in night mode, but it was still possible to set up our small tent without any problems.

On our first day in Sweden, we didn't get quite as far as we had hoped. For the most part, we were on roads with little traffic.
At a lake near Växjö, the shelter was unfortunately already occupied, but there was still enough space to set up a small tent and refresh ourselves in the lake. A toilet is also available.

We took the Silja Line (Tallink) ferry at 10:30 and arrived in Tallinn at approx. 12:30.
The weather was rainy and we took few photos.
In Pärnu (formerly Pernau) it was pouring and after checking into our room (more like a garden shed but inexpensive and functional) we only went to a restaurant for dinner
