Freude, Schönheit der Natur, Gesundheit, Reisen und Kultur…
Diese Gedanken von Wilhelm Busch nehme ich gerne auf.
Das Wort „Leben“ steckt für mich auch im Wort „Erleben“! So genieße ich jede Wanderung und jede Rad-Tour. Auch ein Weg, der schon zig-Mal gegangen oder mit dem Rad erkundet wurde, bietet immer wieder neue Eindrücke.
Auch der Rückblick auf Geschichte und Kultur, sei es in der Heimat, oder auf Reisen, lässt mich den Alltag für eine gewisse Zeit ausblenden. Dieses Ausblenden und der Weg zu Fuß oder auf dem Rad in der Natur entschleunigt und macht einfach glücklich.
Gemäß dieser Erkenntnis heißt es immer schön im Wechsel:
„Planen“ und dabei bereits Vorfreude zum Abenteuer genießen

„Machen“, also Er-Leben und glücklich sein!
