An easy going walk along Froggatt and Curbar edges to Curbar Gap car park then back along White Edge. The paths are easy to follow and it's pretty flat. The only climb is from Curbar Gap car park up to White Edge. Roadside parking near the Grouse inn or the National Trust Haywood car park (pay and display). There's often a van selling drinks and snacks at the car park.

Route 17 from "Peak Bagging Peak District" by Anna Paxton. From Grindleford to Froggatt and Eyam then climb up to a trig point on Sir William Hill. That's the biggest climb. After that you skirt round Bole hill to the edge of Hathersage before heading along the Derwent back to Grindleford

Route 15 from "Peak Bagging Peak District" by Anna Paxton. The beginning is the hardest part; climbing up Bamford Clough and Leeside Rd, over New Road and up onto Bamford Moor. It follows well trodden paths so is easy to follow.
