Some great stretches and views in the first half before turning to more urban. But the waterside at Gothenberg also good to see.

Better mix of coastside cycling. Great arrival at Fåjås by the golf course.

Björkäng to Frillesås
Much better paths today, coastal views and harbours. Big plus was getting a new bottom bracket fitted by lovely bike man Lenny in Varberg. Lighter winds too.

Ugglarp to Björkäng
Because of in your face NW wind today this was very hard work. A lot of cyclepath beside road, could look over to see the sea at times. Falkenberg a pretty town.

Lots of by the road cycle path and on the road, little else. Few views on coast. Windy!

Ängelholm to Laxvik
Glas to take an inland route following disused train line with less incline. Was a wet wet day. Campsite at Laxvik beautiful location.

Nivå to Lerberget camping
Very rainy start up yo the ferry at Helsingor. Sweden cleared up although wind from in front. Stopped off to dry out, picnic and enjoy the Sofiero Palace gardens, which were fabulous. Food shopping at Vikens.

Copenhagen to Nivø
From south to north Copenhagen, decent dedicated cycle tracks then into a way through a forest with inclines before a stretch by the coast towards Nivø.

On the quiet roads lovely not so much view of the sea as expected. By highways not so nice.

Hjelm shelter to Bårse
Quiet Sunday. Too much cyclepaths by roads, but country lanes and villages nice. Also had to walk my bike across the long bridge as a race was going on!

First time cycling in Denmark, followed route 7 and 8. All very quiet.

From Trittau to Lübeck
Lots of woodland tracks, which are fun, if a bit hard work on the klapprad. Was bitten by mosquitos (because I'm sweet!). I left the canal path, as a bit boring but would have been an easier ride.

Cuxhaven to Otterndorf camping
Went via the Twinning sign Penzance-Cuxhaven and others. Path through wooded park then past industrial sites. Beyond was easy cycling with sheep and gates.

WRW Dorum Neufeld to Cuxhaven!
The last leg, a morning ride with stop off at the beach for a croissant and arrival at the Kugelbake, north point. In UK we would have a signpost here ha ha.
