Bei Schneefall starteten wir unseren Gipfelaufstieg vorbei an der Zugstation und über Waldwege hinauf zum höchsten Punkt (914m). Aussicht hatten wir aufgrund des Baumbestands zwar nicht, dafür jedoch Sonnenschein auf der Rücktour. Schöne Runde durch die verschneite Landschaft.

Today we lowland Tyroleans dared to climb the Herzogenhorn, the second highest peak in the Black Forest. We started the hike from Bernau-Hof and it went steadily uphill from there! The effort was worth it, the view from the summit was phenomenal!
