There was an easy hike with the family today.
The weather was absolutely amazing ... Sunny day from morning to evening ....
Only the light piping disturbed something in the shady sections ...
Hardly any hikers on the go, pure nature and tranquility ...
It was wonderful, everything was fine even if the descent with the scooters from the Ruhespitz inn was not possible ...May 27, 2020

Just a little round, I said to myself. While running, in this sunny weather, I got into a flow that urged me to crack the 15km. At the beginning it was really good, but then I got lost several times ;-)
was probably because the brain either ran hot or got too little O2 ...
It started at Km6, when I made the wrong turn for the first time.
Somehow the area seemed familiar to me, but then not .....
At km8 I made another wrong turn, in a newly laid path. The way out of bark mulch was really pleasant to walk. Joy reigns ..
It was less pleasant that the path just led me in a loop ...
Okay, a few meters but no more than 20m ...
Motivation began to fade and some cursed words were sent out. Towards the end I wanted to scratch the half marathon distance. Unfortunately I missed the decisive bite for the last two km. I just longed for a sip of water and shortened the runMay 20, 2020

After some start-up problems we left shortly after nine. At that time there were still very few people on the move! On small beautiful paths towards Elgg, Unterschlatt through the Bäntal to Kollbrunn into the Tösstal. At Rikon we are then along the Tobelbach to the Bläsimühle and then via Wlidberg back to Turbental. Over the Schnurrberg up to Höchegg and then on a nice, not easy trail down to Seelmatten. At the end we are still on the Burstel and Polenweg down to Ettenhausen and back home. It was a cool tour.

I ran the same lap again. This time without a mistake in the forest.
Since the sun is shining today I have armed with sneakers and a camera and so it became a mix of jogging and blogging .....
