I can also only recommend the Cochem Knight's Round. A scenically beautiful tour with great views of the Moselle and Cochem.
However, one should consider that the route constantly goes up and down. The many ascents and descents make the tour quite demanding, but that's exactly what makes it appealing

Today's hike was a beautiful experience, mainly due to the great group. We had a lot of fun together, good conversations, and a really pleasant atmosphere – which made time fly by.
However, the route itself didn't quite convince me. It led mostly through the forest, so there were few views along the way
