quiet tarmac, winding roads, undulating gravel, epic scenery, a lake, a stone circle, high mountains, river crossings, and no-one else about!
And in normal times you can get a pint at the Black Sail hut youth hostel at half way.. sadly the COVID pandemic put pay to that, so you'll just have to drink in

a cracking little route! Stiff little technical climbs, ridiculous scenery, flowing descents, could even check in for a sneaky pint at the Kirkstile Inn half way round!
Could be bolted onto the Ennerdale Epic as well to make a solid 100+km gravel spectacular!
