Good ride around some 'off the normal trail' parts of the former east. Industrial , plattenbau, abandoned buildings. Information boards and audio points. I did not finish the whole route as I live in the area of Prenzlauerberg and am very familiar with the historical connection there. I would recommend

A route that came out of the need to hand deliver some documents. Once I had threaded through the Alex-Tiergarten traffic I was happy to find the Schoenerberger Schleife and Sudkreuz cycle paths to get me virtually traffic free to Dahlem. After delivery, the weather was warm and there was no option but to head into Grunewald.

Check the wind before! N headwind today, then Uckermark hills and Pflasterweg. Some nice spots and splendid isolation. More planning and more exploring needed.

Due to Kremmen now being the end of the Line because of rail works at Neuruppin. This is the closest stop to Ruppiner See. Some good cycle paths, quiet lanes and well shaded for 60%. Get water in Kremmen. No stops en route
