Charlie_Codrington

Charlie Codrington is a veteran of London’s off road cycling scene, uber keen cyclocross rider and competitor, mountain biker and confirmed map man. Over the years he’s developed an encyclopaedic knowledge of the bridle and byways that surround London.

An accomplished British Cycling Coach regularly working at Herne Hill Velodrome, he’s trained teams and individuals at every level from beginner to National Champions.

In 2021 he founded Hidden Tracks Cycling to encourage others to discover the glorious tracks and trails on Londoner’s doorstep and enjoy off-road gravel cycling. He regularly organises events, mountain bike and cyclocross skills sessions as well as building an ever growing library of GPX gravel routes to try. Have a look at his website hiddentrackscycling.co.uk or @charliecycleguide and see for yourself!

He’s a regular ride contributor to London Cyclist magazine, a serial mountain bike and cyclocross race organiser and has recently been asked by Herne Hill Velodrome to improve their trails and coaching sessions to encourage more riders into off-road cycling.
