Definitely NO RECCOMENDATION for the passage from judas peak to the east, Myburgh's Waterfall Ravine and then to Hout Bay.

The start at Victoria Road is just necessary if you start before sunrise and the official gate is still closed.
Its a pretty steep hike in the beginning, so you'll gain high pretty fast.
To get at the top you definitely need some good climbing skills and you shouldn't be afraid of hights...
