A lovely, steady walk, but on this occasion made a tad harder by snow and cloying mud!
Thankful for a sturdy fallen branch I found a 1/4 of the way around. Some lovely sights, not to mention the fantastic Thor's Cave, although you might need a buddy to help you scramble up the rocks to the cave entrance.

A nice easy walk through the woods from Fontane Platz in Altenhof, with a decent picnic stop halfway through before turning back.
Some lovely views across the water and an optional stop-off should you have a dog to dip in the drink!
