About Alain

Short round trip from Pontpierre, easy (with restrictions), about 2 hours leisurely drive. Only MTBs or similar, slippery when wet.
Departure and arrival point is the Pontpierre primary school car park. But you can also get on from any other point along the way, such as the car park at the Kockelscheier

One of the most interesting tours recently and definitely recommended. Actually easy to ride for any bike with a good profile. Less than 2 hours with some sightseeing. But wide handlebars have to be prepared for difficulties. Nevertheless, you should do this tour while you still can. After all, you never

This is another part of the landmark route, here from the numbers
146-168. Please also have a look at the other tours to the boundary stones. At the end of the day, all tours can be combined into one large expedition.

Another part of the search for the border markers in the Belgian-Luxembourg border area. This one offers many beautiful views.
This part doesn't follow ALL boundary markers as it would get boring. But we found some very nice trails that we don't want to withhold from you. The degree of difficulty of this

This is another part of the search for the old border markers along the Belgian-Luxembourg border. Please also have a look at my other trips, you can combine them into one long expedition afterwards. Difficulty this time rather medium. Some climbs, also some places where you will probably have to push

Another part reconnaissance tour in search of old border markers. Why this one? Well, they are historically interesting, often in remote places where you have to look for them first. And they are photogenic. Many of them have gone through difficult times, almost all bear the marks of wars. And it's just fun to look for them.

A relatively short, easy tour. Beautifully scenic, historically interesting and with a tiny craft brewery towards the end. Can be ridden by any MTB. A large part of the route runs over shadowless paths, so not recommended in hot weather. When wet... interesting. You can drive it comfortably in 2 hours.
