It was a bit too late for the official ARS-Natura "Die Runde" from Spangenberg. In other words, a self-made composition from a section of the ARS-Natura circuit, the Metzebach "Circle of Elements" and the Nausis panorama circuit. In addition to the works of art, there were always beautiful views in between. 🌿🤩
Who would like to know more about it:

As a fast evening lap, with wonderfully pleasant temperatures due to the water, we hiked one of our favorite routes, albeit a little shortened. 🤩 The Helenen or Sonderbach Valley is an absolute dream for dogs and people. Especially in such warm weather! 🐾 There weren't many pictures, but among our older tours there is a round from the spring with even more meaningful photos with the name "Kellerwald: Helenental zum Dr.-Marc-Turm (Bad Wildungen)". 😁

The P21 impresses with a lot of history and, on the other hand, panoramas. Characterized by mostly meadow and field paths / paths, but also a few pathways in the forest, it goes from Lüderbach to Ifta.
Be sure to take the detour to the Wartburgblick with you! The only lamentation altar in Germany can be found in the village church in Lüderbach, which is well worth seeing!
Where the Kolonnenweg branches off to the left as a shortcut, the P21 currently follows the cycle path over asphalt, whereby both on the map and on older tours you can see that you hiked along the forest to the right. 🐾 All in all, it was a successful hike which, due to the small amount of shade, is only partially recommended on a full, sunny, hot day. Fortunately, we only had 20 ° C and wind, but it was borderline for the 🐕. But how do we say so beautifully at the moment: "All training for the mountains!" 😁😂 As a reward there was also an ice cream later, also for Fly. 🤩

After the western now the eastern Edersee. The "division" arises from the aspect of round trip and use of the ferries, this time the one from Rehbach to Scheid.
Starting point WP Schloss Waldeck, surprisingly completely empty. 🤔 Via the Urwaldsteig to the dam in Hemfurth, then consciously leave the lake (otherwise a wide gravel bike path, heavily frequented between Hemfurth and Rehbach) in the direction of the wildlife park Eddi's adventure tour begins there, a beautiful path parallel to the hiking trail with interesting information, prepared for children.
From Rehbach to Scheid by ferry and beautiful views, there is a dog bathing beach at Scheid pier 🐾😁.
Then back to the Urwaldsteig and following this as far as possible via Niederwerbe back to Waldeck. The detour in between leads to the Mühlecke. Our favorite place with an amazing view and a fantastic landscape. 🤩 Finally, as a gimmick, take the Waldecker Bergbahn back up to the castle. 🏰

Another check mark for the P-list, more like a thick exclamation mark. Well-signposted path with fantastic views, field and meadow paths and a lot of healthy, beautiful mixed forest with a high proportion of paths. Our personal highlight is the direct ascent to the Boyneburgruine and the knight's path with current orchids and soon carpets of liverworts 🤩🤩🤩.
P13 Boyneburg and P20 Ulfener Karst run a little bit together, so that both can be easily combined. A combination with the P19 Gänsekerle via a 2.5 km long "feeder" is also possible. And from the end of June to the middle / end of July there is poppy bloom around Grandenborn. 🌺🌺🌺

We have been curious about the Gläsnertal for a long time and were not disappointed. 😇On meanwhile narrow paths and gravel paths, it is more or less close to the Nieste. The forest is varied and there are always great views over the landscape. 🏞️ It is a great lap that really offers itself as a cooling refreshment, especially at high temperatures, without placing high physical demands. Especially with dogs who love water, the eco path is also perfect! 🤩🐾

After the long lap yesterday with a few meters of altitude something more relaxed today. Well supposedly ... With almost a third of asphalt or road surface, the 'Gudensberger Ostrunde' was a lot more strenuous for the feet. We expected it beforehand, but there are also many paved paths through the fields around the village. 😅 Nevertheless, the Obernburg is definitely worth a visit and the Odenbergturm also offers spectacular views, apart from the views that are offered along the way. Panorama guaranteed! 🤩 What we will definitely take a closer look at are the forests around Gudensberg. The forest really invites you to linger, just not the 'field' paths. 🌿🙏

They came, wandered, and became mushrooms. Champions not yet. After all, we last followed the mushroom symbol. 😂 We did it, the 20 kilometers are officially cracked! For a long time, imagining alone was an impossibility for us. Now they are not only possible, they also feel good. 💪 The route first took the Urwaldsteig to Hagenstein and then from there to Herzhausen. Up to the Poles Cross we were confronted with a sad story in the middle of an idyllic landscape. But that is also a reality. We continued downhill briefly, then steeply uphill to the Hochstein. The view from there is awesome! 🤩 Finally we continued on the Urwaldsteig on the Edersee until we finally got to the ferry between Asel and Asel-Süd. The crossing was really great and on the other side of the bank we are finally via the Ringelsberg route back to the hikers' car park "Himmelsbreite". Done and happy. 🐾
