Free parking at Station Rd Heathfield, easy spin to Polegate, around 3 mile of road to Jevington, then you can huff and puff over the South Downs Way to Beachy Head 🙃. Oh a save yourself a little, the Cuckoo trail is an every so uphill ride all the way back ! Enjoy 😎

This ride is based on following the North Downs/Pilgrims way along dirt trails and tracks in the main mixing up with quiet country lanes. There are three very short rides along main roads , 1000m, 400m, and 200m respectively, the longest one I road on the path next to it as there are no houses nearby
