Staying active and feeling the benefits are important to me. I really enjoy being out in nature for longer hikes. I find climbing and bouldering (as training) to be a great challenge, both mentally and physically. To keep generally fit, I also get on my bike, often for early morning rides, and have started using a treadmill for running. Swimming is another way I stay in shape. This consistent effort across different activities has played a big part in my journey, including losing 35kg, which has been a significant personal achievement.
