With the great weather we wanted to make a big round from Ratingen to Mülheim and back. Well we bit off a bit more than we could chew and gave up when we made it Mülheim and took the bus back.

At first when I saw the snow coming down sideways, I didn’t really want to leave the house. Then I had the idea to do a round through Angertal and then we would be at least be protected from the wind down in the valley.
Well it worked out very well, so that the tour through our Angertal was quite different

When I first woke, way too early at 6:00 I knew it was going to be a good day. The stars were shining, and the moon was glowing. Almost got up straight away but decided against it and then I rolled over and slept for another 2 hours!

Just wanted to do a quick loop as we weren’t out much this week. On the way out over Eggerscheid was a bit boring just walking along the paved roads. Have to find a different way to get out to Eggerscheid through the trails to make the stretch a bit more interesting.
