Im Naturschutzgebiete sind manche Wege etwas eng (Brennnesseln). Ansonsten schöne Laufstrecke. Die letzten 500 Meter vom Ende bis zum Startpunkt hatte ich als cool down genutzt. Somit wäre der Rundkurs komplett bei ca. 8,5 km.

Nice round for a little exercise, also for the kids. Great bike path along the beach and through several (tourist) places. The way there was very relaxed (late noon). The way back in the late afternoon was definitely good for concentration - as the bike path was very well filled with very different speeds
