Im Naturschutzgebiete sind manche Wege etwas eng (Brennnesseln). Ansonsten schöne Laufstrecke. Die letzten 500 Meter vom Ende bis zum Startpunkt hatte ich als cool down genutzt. Somit wäre der Rundkurs komplett bei ca. 8,5 km.
