3 Ländertour 6. Tag: von Obermaubach nach Jülich- Rurradweg
Heute letzte Etappe der Rundtour: schöne Radwege wieder überwiegend direkt an der idyllischen Rur entlang und ein kurzer Abstecher zum Braunkohletagebau Inden. Fazit der gesamten Tour: sehr abwechslungsreich und besonders hervorragend der Ruruferradweg.

3 Ländertour 5. Tag: von Monschau nach Obermaubach - Rurufer-Radweg
Heute verlief der gut ausgebaute und beschilderte Radweg häufig direkt am Rurufer entlang durch wunderschöne Landschaft. Besonders schön war der Weg entlang der Rurtalsperre. Allerdings ging es nicht nur bergab, es waren einige relativ steile Gegenanstiege zu überwinden. Und Glück haben wir auch gehabt: Eine durch einen Neubau ersetzte Brücke ist erst vor wenigen Tagen wieder eröffnet worden und hat uns einen unangenehmen Umweg erspart. Mein Fazit: Bisher der schönste Teil der Tour

After Valkenburg, the route ran on an official cycle path for a few kilometers along a busy road; the rest of the route was fine.
