I’ve been a lifelong addict to the outdoor life. I was involved in mountain biking in the UK right from its early beginnings, starting with general riding with my mates before moving into racing — first cross-country and then downhill. These days I’m back to riding simply for the pleasure of it.

Since I was a school kid, I’ve loved getting out into the wilds, hiking all over Wales, the Lake District and southern England. These days, living in southern France, I’m more into multi-day hikes and through-hikes, along with water sports and off-road running.

I’m starting to take things a little easier these days, but definitely not slow! You’ll still find me pushing it hard every now and then, just to prove I’m still alive! 😂

For me, it’s all about exploring, being outdoors, discovering new places and enjoying the adventure.
