After the Respect Cyclists Demo is before the Respect Cyclists Demo. Today was the preview ride for the upcoming route in May. Of course, there will be some tinkering afterwards, but all in all, it will be adventurous again 😉🚲💪🚲💪

Finally cycling again. After a long break, due to surgery and forced rest, I was back on the bike today, just in time for the Respect Cyclists Demo through the city center, with a new finish at Rathaus Schöneberg. There will be an end or a beginning of the RC Demos more often in the coming months. So always keep up to date!

But: Last week, I went to the hospital in pain and was diagnosed with a triple inguinal hernia.



Now I'm trying to stabilize myself again with walks.
