Trainingstour zum Büro, hin und zurück.
Gestern war der Gegenwind auf der Rückfahrt nicht so kräftig. Heute bremste er das Tempo etwas ab, blies aber den Schweiß weg. Außerdem werde ich jetzt das Mittagessen schnell zubereiten und verdrücken. HUNGER!!!

Kurze Runde mit starkem Wind
